About ACSA

ACSA strives to contribute to the improvement of general welfare on the University of Calgary campus, providing an open dialogue on African and Caribbean issues.

Our Mission

  1. Promotion of cultural exchange within different African and Caribbean national and cultural groups as well as with other communities.
  2. Improvement of general welfare in the University of Calgary campus through open dialogue about African and Caribbean issues.
  3. Education and documentation of important African and Caribbean traditions, people and history.
  4. The dismantling and correction of popular misconceptions regarding African and Caribbean people.
